Correct Score Betting: Settlement, Returns and Losing Runs

A correct-score selection requires the exact score in the specified period. A bet on 1–2 loses if the match finishes 0–2 or 2–3, even though the same away team wins. The order of the teams matters.

What exactly must match?

Write the home score first and the away score second when that is the displayed order. A 2–1 selection is different from 1–2. Also distinguish the full-match market from the first-half or second-half exact score.

A standard 90-minute market generally excludes extra time and shoot-outs unless its rules state otherwise. The final winner of a cup tie does not rewrite the score used by a 90-minute selection. Abandoned events and “any other score” selections require their specific rules.

Does one large return erase earlier losses?

Consider 13 separate bets of 10 units each, at illustrative odds of 9.00. Twelve lose and one wins. Stakes total 130 units. The winning bet returns 90, including its stake. The overall result is 90 − 130 = −40.

The single win has 80 units of net profit, but the full record remains negative. Reporting only the 90-unit payout hides the other stakes. This is arithmetic, not a prediction of how often a score will occur.

What do odds of 9.00 tell you?

The raw implied probability is 100 ÷ 9.00 ≈ 11.11%. It is not a verified probability of that score. Nor does a market with many outcomes establish a universal margin such as 15% or 20%; the actual complete set of prices is needed.

Several losing bets can occur without proving anything about the next result. A narrow score condition is not automatically good or bad value simply because its odds are high. Reliable probability estimates, prices and uncertainty would all need consideration.

How should you assess guaranteed-score claims?

A winning screenshot alone does not establish an unedited, complete record. Look for selections timestamped before the event, every loss, accepted odds and stakes. A prediction advertised as guaranteed is not evidence of certainty.

Does a high win rate prove profitability?

No. Returns, all stakes and the time period are needed. Do not increase stakes to recover losses or pay for a claim of inside information simply because its marketing shows past winners.
