If 1xBet rejects your promo code
Check that you entered TBBT without spaces or extra characters in the 1xBet promo code field. Review the selected country and the eligibility information shown by the operator.
If the form still rejects the code, record the exact error and ask operator support to check availability. Do not proceed on the assumption that the bonus can be added later.
You cannot find the field or already submitted the form
Look through the form for the optional promo or bonus-code field; its position can vary by registration method. We have not verified a single fixed form layout for all Qatar devices.
If registration is already complete, ask support whether a correction is possible before depositing. Do not create a duplicate account to try again.
The deposit arrived but the bonus did not
- Was it the eligible account’s first deposit?
- Was the amount at least QAR 4, subject to the payment method’s minimum?
- Were personal details completed and the phone activated?
- Were sports betting bonuses enabled before depositing?
- Is the offer still within 30 days of registration?
The displayed cap is different
Check the currency and the offer selected for your account. The TBBT sports offer supplied for this guide increases QAR 450 to QAR 585; it does not establish the conditions of a different currency or casino promotion.
If the displayed terms do not match, obtain clarification before depositing. Keep the registration date and any relevant screenshot for support, without sharing secrets publicly.
Your questions, answered
Will writing TBBT instead of tbbt fix it?
Both are equivalent. Check spaces, field selection and eligibility instead.
Can HostDoha activate a missing bonus?
No. Only the operator can investigate and change the account state.
Should I deposit again to trigger the welcome bonus?
Do not assume a second deposit will qualify. Ask support to check the first transaction and offer settings.
